•Drink bottle filled with water with attached lid in backpack (sturdy enough to wash and reuse daily and take on hikes)
•Sleeping bag AND sheet to cover mattress to keep bag from sliding off slippery vinyl
OR sheet and blanket
•Pillow with bed linens put into plastic bag with name on
•Additional large plastic bag with name on for packing sleep linens for trip home
•Bible with name in
•Clean change of clothes for each day (plus extra in case of rain) including at least one pair of long pants and a jacket/sweatshirt for possible cool nights (EVERYTHING labeled)
•Two pairs of shoes
-One pair suitable for shower and wet,
sandy beach
-One suitable for hiking
•Pajamas with name on
•(Girls only) Bathrobe with name on
•MODEST swim suit with name on
•Poncho or hooded raincoat with name on
•Laundry bag
•Soap in a container with name on
•Shampoo with name on
•Toothbrush and paste with name on

•Ziploc bag, etc. to carry toiletries to bathhouse
•Spray bottle of mixture of half Listerine (no substitute) and half water for insect spraygnats at Pickett State Park are repelled by this and not so much by regular insect spray

•Two towels with name on AND labeled BATH and one with name on AND labeled BEACH
