We need moms and dads to host lanes and oversee small groups of kids as they bowl. Parents who plan to serve should pre-register by selecting the PDF icon below, printing, completing and submitting the form at the children's sign-in counter by Wednesday, February 22 at the latest.
•Each family will need to provide transportation to and from the lanes.
•Arrival time is 5:10. Parents can pick up their children up after the evening service has concluded.
•Participation will cost $10 per bowler. We plan on playing two games, and shoes are included.
•We need parents to pre-register their kids by Wed., Feb. 22 with payment. The PDF icon will enable you to download the Parental Release Form. Print it, complete it and return it to the children's sign-in counter
•As always, kids are encouraged to bring friends.
